3 Way Claisen Adapter
Used in situations which require more than one outlet from a round-bottom flask. For example, when refluxing a given mixture, it may be necessary to condense rising vapors whilst at the same time adding a reactant to the boiling vessel. To that end, one of the upper joints of the Claisen adapter would go to a condenser and one to an addition funnel.
