- All shipments are covered by our insurance. Should any item fail to arrive complete and without damage, simply provide evidence of the breakage and a replacement will be shipped to you directly

- Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped
- If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative such as a work address for delivery

ScienceSupplydoes not offer cash refunds, only store credit.
If you have paid for any glassware, and for whatever reason, want a refund, before items are sent, only store credit can be given.
If you order glassware, and can not supply an EUD if requested, then only store credit is allowable.
If the carrier service has failed in their duty to deliver your purchases safely you, we cover the cost of replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
Defective items will be replaced. ScienceSupply.com.au will not process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. All Refund requests need to be made in writing to email@example.com within 7 days of purchase.
