Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post nationally and via Courier where packages exceed Auspost dimensions.
Although all care is taken to safely pack every consignment, should any item arrive broken we gladly offer a replacement. Simply provide photo evidence of the damaged article within 24 hours of receiving the items and we'll get that straight out to you.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Australia wide couriers are available, where necessary and we also offer Door to door Delivery for Local South Australian Customers. Just email us before hand for this option.
Please be aware that if you contract us to custom manufacture fragile glass pieces, and on delivery to you, they arrive broken, A second attempt will be made to send out new glassware, but if that second attempt also fails, then the glassware will be deemed unsendable, and your portion of that sale, will be refunded, minus the cost of the postage for the second attempt.
